1. GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY
1. Eligible Items: Returns are permitted only for non-perishable, non-customized, and non-personalized items that are in new, unused, and resalable condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
2. Ineligible Items: The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
○ Perishable goods (including, but not limited to, food, chocolate, or other heat-sensitive items).
○ Custom or personalized products (including items with custom tags, stickers, or branding).
○ Gift cards, clearance items, or “final sale” items.
○ Items not in their original packaging or that appear used or damaged by the customer.
3. Time Limit: To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted after this window, regardless of the reason.
4. Pre-Authorization Required: You must obtain written authorization from us before sending any merchandise back. Unauthorized returns will be refused and no refunds will be issued.
2. RETURN PROCESS

2. Approval & Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): If your return request meets our criteria, we will provide you with a written authorization (RMA number) and return instructions.
3. Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely and ship them to the address provided in the RMA instructions.
○ Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a confirmed defective product.
○ Tracking & Insurance: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit
3. REFUNDS & PROCESSING
1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about whether the return is approved or denied. This determination is at our sole discretion, based on the condition of the returned item(s).
2. Refund Method:
○ Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 10–14 business days after we confirm receipt and acceptance.
○ We do not refund any original shipping costs, and we do not reimburse return shipping fees unless the return is due to our confirmed error or a documented product defect.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
1. Notification Period: You must notify us of any damaged or defective items within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Proof of Damage: Email clear photos of the damage (including packaging) to [email protected]. We may require further evidence or inspection.
3. Resolution: After verifying the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, at our discretion. We do not guarantee a refund or replacement on items that show signs of misuse, or damage occurring after successful delivery.
6. NON-RETURNABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
● Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries: If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable, we will not issue a refund for shipping charges and may deduct any additional carrier fees from your refund.
● Bulk/Corporate Orders: Large-volume or corporate orders are typically not eligible for returns unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
● Gifts: Items purchased as gifts can only be returned by the original purchaser. Gift recipients are not entitled to refunds unless the order is processed directly under their own payment method.

Common Questions
We can provide you with a specific ship date and advise you on the best shipping method to use to meet your date, but we cannot ensure a specific arrival date since we cannot control UPS processes. Email us at [email protected].
Typically, orders take 2 days to process and 2-6 days to ship via standard ground shipping, depending on your ship to location. If you’re in a pinch, email us at [email protected], and we’ll see what we can do.
If you select one of our expedited shipping options, we will fulfill orders placed before 9AM EST the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.
**Please note orders placed after 9AM EST on Friday will process and ship the following Monday.
